    MyCoreOS ("MyCoreOS," "we," "us") is a sales performance coaching business owned and operated by Jordan Benjamin, based in Avon, Colorado. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit mycoreos.com, register for one of our workshops or events, sign up for our emails, or work with us, and how we use and protect it.

    Information we collect

    Information you give us. When you fill out a form on our website, register for a workshop or webinar, sign up for our emails, book a call, respond to a poll or survey during an event, or contact us, we collect the information you provide. This typically includes your name, email address, company, job title, and your answers to any optional questions we ask (for example, how your year is going or what's getting in your way). If you become a client, we also collect the information needed to deliver our programs and process payment.

    Information from LinkedIn. If you submit a LinkedIn Lead Gen Form on one of our sponsored posts, LinkedIn shares the information in that form with us (usually your name, email address, job title, and company, pre-filled from your LinkedIn profile).

    Information from events. When you register for or attend a live workshop hosted on Zoom, we receive your registration details and attendance information such as whether you joined, when you joined and left, and your answers to any polls or Q&A you choose to participate in.

    Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we use cookies and similar technologies to understand how people use our site and to measure our marketing. This may include your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit, how you arrived at our site, and whether you opened or clicked an email. We use tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, and the LinkedIn Insight Tag for this. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect some site features.

    How we use your information

    We use the information we collect to:

    • Deliver what you asked for: send your event confirmation, join link and reminders, respond to your messages, and provide our programs and services.
    • Follow up after events with related content, recordings or summaries, and information about our coaching programs.
    • Send educational emails and occasional offers. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email. We will still send transactional emails, such as the join link for an event you registered for.
    • Understand which content and channels are useful, and improve our workshops, programs and website.
    • Run and measure our advertising, including building audiences on platforms like LinkedIn from people who have engaged with us.
    • Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.

    How we share information

    We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

    • Service providers that help us run the business, under their own privacy and security commitments, including HubSpot (CRM, email, forms and website hosting), Zoom (webinars and meetings), LinkedIn (advertising and lead forms), Google (analytics), call recording and note-taking tools we use during client sessions, and payment processors.
    • Legal and safety purposes, when required by law or to protect the rights, property or safety of MyCoreOS, our clients or others.
    • A successor if MyCoreOS is ever sold or merged, in which case your information would remain subject to a policy at least as protective as this one.

    Your choices and rights

    • Email: unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email, or contact us.
    • Cookies and ads: adjust your browser settings, and use the opt-out tools offered by LinkedIn and Google.
    • Access, correction and deletion: you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us at [CONTACT EMAIL] and we'll respond within 30 days.

    If you live in California, Colorado, or another U.S. state with a consumer privacy law, you may have additional rights, including the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of certain uses of your information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have rights under the GDPR, including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.     Data retention

    We keep your information for as long as we have a business reason to, such as while you are subscribed to our emails, enrolled in a program, or a prospective client, and as required by law. When it's no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

    Security

    We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, and we rely on established providers like HubSpot and Zoom for hosting and processing. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

    International visitors

    MyCoreOS operates in the United States. If you contact us from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S., where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.

    Children

    Our website, events and services are intended for working professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

    Changes to this policy

    We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll post the new version here and update the effective date.
